Coulee Region Elite Wrestling

CREW’s mission is to bring the area’s best wrestlers together in one place to train at the highest level possible. Wrestlers will have the opportunity to refine their technique as well as learn advanced technique. Each training session will also incorporate intensive drilling and live wrestling. CREW will work with its wrestlers on all aspects of wrestling including: diet, nutrition, mental preparation, strength and conditioning.

CREW cost: $225.00
Grades 3-8 Wednesdays 6:30-8pm
Grades 9-12 Sunday 6:30-8pm (postponed)

PRE-SEASON TRAINING
* CREW will meet September 8th - November 7th. Wrestlers in grades 3-8 will meet Wednesdays from 6:30-8pm.

Wrestler's in grades 9-12 will meet Sundays from 6:30-8pm. 

THE HIGH SCHOOL SESSION HAS BEEN POSTPONED!  IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS SESSION, PLEASE EMAIL THE CAMPS OFFICE, AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU ONCE THE NEW DATES HAVE BEEN DETERMINED.   

* Sessions will be limited to 30 Wrestlers in order to allow for the best instruction.
* All sessions will be held in the UW-La Crosse Wrestling Room (115 Mitchell Hall)

CREW will be directed by UW-L Assistant Coach Ross Needham. Ross was 2X All-American, 4X Academic All-American at UW-L and a WIAA State Champion in High School. He coached Holmen High School from 2007-10. He coached 8 State Qualifiers, 3 place winners, and led Holmen to Team State in 2010.
