Chris Schwarz is in his eighth season as UW-La Crosse head baseball coach. The
Eagles finished 24-15 overall and 12-12 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic
Conference (WIAC) in 2011 as a pair of players earned all-conference first team honors.

UW-L's 24 wins in 2011 were the most under Schwarz. He ranks fourth in
school history in career victories (133).

The Eagles have earned 30 All-WIAC awards under Schwarz, including 12 first team selections.
UW-L has advanced to the league tournament nine of the last 13 seasons. He was named the 2006 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Coach of the Year and 2006 Wisconsin College Coach of the Year.
